Benjamin Prescott and Gracie Schatz met at a farm in Tuscany where they were farming pigs, making wine and eating pasta. Their deep passion for Italian cuisine brought them together and they have been best friends and culinary companions for almost ten years. Today they join forces as Marigold Pop Up in Eugene, Or where they forage, grow and cook the finest local and seasonal ingredients and use them to create simple, beautiful and inspiring food.
